Founded in 2010, Roth Weddings (formerly Nathan and Amanda Photographers) continues to weave fine art photography with the raw and spontaneous emotions that fill every wedding day. Their classic approach to wedding photography and fine art album design ensures that each wedding they photograph is preserved in a timeless and emotionally authentic way. Together, Nathan and Amanda have documented weddings all over the country, from Washington to Colorado, Niagra Falls and Florida, as well as locally in Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh.
I’ve always been an artist. My earliest memories include hours of drawing or painting. Focusing on details and bringing to life beautiful images was a highlight of my teenage years. As a classic introvert, I had no problem forsaking a party or gathering for a good book or my easel and canvas. After graduating with a communications degree, a wedding inspired me to become a photographer. It was an easy fit, since I have always loved capturing beauty and focusing on details. After mentoring with a seasoned wedding photographer, I officially launched my photography business in 2008. Little did I know I would not only find a career that I absolutely loved, but I would also find the love of my life, Nathan Roth.
I’m an extrovert. One of my favorite things is the energy that surrounds people on a wedding day. After shooting well over a 100 weddings, I still get a little nervous excitement like my first wedding gig in 2005. I like my coffee slightly sweet. I love to grow things and be outdoors. My kids think I can do anything. When I met Amanda for the first time, I knew she was the one for me… and not just because she was a photographer! We joined forces in 2010 and have been happily photographing love, ever since. It’s been dream come true to be able to work together at something we both love. Both using our strengths to enrich couple’s wedding experience!
